GMS Tech Center Penthouse

This is a high-tech new construction residence. This project was a residence for the owner that was located on the top floor of the Tech center. This project included the layout of the space to include a small efficiency for the ground’s keeper, an elevator lobby, and a private residence for the owner consisting of three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a powder room, kitchen, living room, dining room and a bar area. We selected paint colors, flooring, lighting, cabinetry, counter tops, hardware, appliances, tile for backsplash and bathrooms, plumbing fixtures, windows, doors, custom closet design, mirrors, furniture, rugs, art, and custom murals in ceilings.
